Notes from the doctor

Hello! My name is Ben Westbrook. I am an ENT surgeon and I have been practicing here in El Paso since 2013.

I am comfortable managing most head and neck pathology (no spine or brain issues). I have a particular interest in the following types of surgery and disease processes:

Dr. Tyler Swiss, D.O.

I am excited for the opportunity to provide ENT care to the people of El Paso. As a general ENT, I am equipped to help manage most ENT issues including hearing loss, chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic ear issues, thyroid and parathyroid issues, sinus and allergy issues, obstructive sleep apnea, pediatric ENT, and cancer of the skin and head neck. I have a special interest in sinus and allergy disease as well.

Currently I serve as an active duty military member, providing ENT care for the soldiers, their families, and the VA beneficiaries in the greater El Paso region. I am excited for the opportunity to work with El Paso Head and Neck and provide care to the great community of El Paso. I am fluent in Spanish and love using my skills to help care for the Hispanic population of El Paso.

I enjoy working the team at El Paso Head and Neck to provide the best patient experience. We want every patient to feel happy with their experience and that they have been taken care of. It is my pleasure to provide the best care to each and every patient that I interact with.
Es mi placer poder ser parte de este grupo y de poder ofrecer mis servicios a la gente Hispana. Lo considero un placer poder ayudarles con sus problemas de salud, y de hacer mi mejor para aliviar sus cargas. Confíanos para cuidarte.

Dr. John W. Lally, M.D.
Hello El Paso community! My name is Jack Lally, and I am excited to offer my medical and surgical services to improve your quality of life. I am a native of St. Louis, MO and attended St. Louis University High School. Under the guidance of the Jesuits there, I learned the importance of becoming a ‘man for others’ and discerned my vocation to medicine. I attended the University of Notre Dame, majoring in pre-professional studies and theology, before heading to Washington, DC for medical school. While training at Georgetown University School of Medicine, I was taught the significance of ‘cura personalis’ or ‘care of the whole person.’ I take great pride in caring for patients of all walks of life and delivering high quality ENT care within the context of each patient’s individual story. During my residency at San Antonio Military Medical Center, I received excellent training in all aspects of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. I take great pride in and responsibility for the care of my patients and am thrilled to have the opportunity to deliver a high-quality patient experience at El Paso H&N Surgery.
